Bengal Gram/Kala Chana - 1 cup soaked
Onion - 1 small chopped fine
Ginger - 1 tbsp chopped
Garlic -1 tbsp chopped
Green chilies - chopped as per taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Green coriander/Cilantro- 3 tbsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Amchur powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder- as per taste
Oil for shallow frying
