Ingredients-
Chickpea Flour/Besan - 1 cup
Whole Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup
Onions - 1 finely chopped
Green Coriander/Hari Dhaniya - 1 tbsp
Crushed red chili pepper - 1/2 tsp
Carom Seeds / Ajwain- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric/Haldi - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water for kneading
Oil/ghee for dough - 1 tbsp
Oil/Ghee for basting Paratha- 1/4 cup
(Vegans- use vegetable Oil. Ghee is an animal product.)
