Ginger- 1 tsp chopped
Green chilies - chopped as per taste
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chili flakes - 1/4 tsp
Carom seeds/Ajwain - 1 /2 tsp
Cumin seeds/Zeera - 1/ 2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup chopped
Carrots - 1/4 cup sliced
Colored Bell pepper(Green, yellow, red) - 1 cup
Oil for frying
