Ingredients-
Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Cauliflower - 1 small or 1/4th large
Red chili flakes - as per taste
Green coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Green Chili - chopped as per taste
Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp hi
Roasted Cumin Powder- 1 tsp
Salt per taste
Water to knead the dough
Oil for dough - 1 tbsp
Oil for basting -1/4 cup
(Vegans- use vegetable Oil. Ghee is an animal product.)
