How to make Indian Garam Masala. A step by step tutorial of making the most used and most important aromatic spice powder in Indian Cuisine.
गरम मसाला बनाने की सही विधि
Garam masala is a spice mix of North India and South India with subtle differences of spices. In Ayurveda, the spices in garam masala are warming as they increase the metabolism rather than being hot in flavor.
Add a sprinkle of Bhuna Garam Masala at the end of the recipe to enhance the flavors of the dish and take the curry to the next level. Add it in Biryanis, curries, and kebabs.
The spices used in the mix all have a range of health benefits -
Black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom are known to lower bad cholesterol levels. Cinnamon is great to lower sugar levels. It also gives you calcium and is
beneficial for a brain and heart health and has anti-cancer
properties as well. Coriander also has blood cholesterol and blood sugar level-lowering properties.
